In 2010-11, the Lady Black raised $2,392.14, over the fall and spring seasons, and made a team donation in honor of breast cancer research and awareness. Each member of the team donned a pink jersey, provided by A Cleaner World, and donated $0.25 cents per goal throughout the season, while also collecting donations during two different home games at Beeson park, along with selling t-shirts and baked goods. In addition several families and local companies matched the girl’s goals-scored total boosted the generous amount.
