The PTFC Winter Agility Training program is offered to PTFC players at all age groups during the small break between Fall and Spring Season in December and January. The program will focus on the Sports Performance of each individual player. The program will look to help improve each player's Speed, Endurance, Agility, Explosiveness and Coordination by teaching proper technique and movement using activities specific to the sport of soccer.
The PTFC Winter Agility Training program will be led by PTFC Coach CJ Denning. Coach Denning received his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion from UNC Pembroke, where he played his collegiate soccer. Coach Denning has also received his Personal Training Certification (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

All Tuesday Winter Agility Sessions will take place at Westchester Country Day School (2045 N. Old Greensboro Rd., High Point, NC 27265)
PTFC Girls(All Ages): 6:30-7:30pm
PTFC Boys(All Ages): 7:45-8:45pm
All Saturday Winter Agility Sessions will take place at High Point Athletic Complex (2920 School Park Rd., High Point, NC 27265)
PTFC Girls and Boys(All Ages): 11:00-12:00pm
All Participants are to bring water, running shoes (no cleats), and dress in athletic attire
